How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days. International shipping varies by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the United States, and select European countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I exchange a piece?

How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces in the included pouch when not wearing. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to maintain shine.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
