Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on individual purchases for more than $100 CAD across Canada.

We ship internationally. For destinations outside our primary markets, a distance respective international shipping fee may apply. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

3. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

SFUMATO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number

  • If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist

4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
